About the project
The Latvian Debtors' Assistance Program (LKPP) is the largest loan intermediary in Latvia in the loan consolidation sector, helping individuals consolidate their debts and secure more favorable terms. To promote the attraction of new customers and optimize the company's daily processes, our team developed a complex digital solution based on Laravel – a professional website with a modern UX/UI design and a clear information structure, as well as a powerful internal CRM system for processing applications. The platform integrates call and SMS functionality and includes complex API integrations for direct and secure communication with partner banks. Special emphasis in the project was placed on system security and ease of management by implementing two-factor authentication (2FA), defined user roles, transparent customer cards, and automated action change notifications.
