The Riga City Welfare Department is the main institution responsible for ensuring residents receive the necessary social services and assistance — including seniors, families with children, people with disabilities, and other vulnerable groups. The previous website was built on an outdated system that could no longer receive new updates. Our team created a new design with thoughtful navigation and information structure, and implemented a convenient content management tool so the department can independently update content.
